My 2007 has not gotten off to the best start. First, I got a letter from Revenue Canada letting me know there was an error in my 2005 taxes and I owed them lots of money. Then, my running shoes (and with them my $400 orthotics that were less than 6 months old!) disappeared. Finally, this week I got struck down with the sinus cold from hell.
On the bright side, I got this fancy schmancy new monitor which has greatly increased my work productivity when I’m at home, I had a great weekend trip to Whistler a few weeks ago, and I feel like I have some direction as far as my PhD research is concerned. So, life could be worse!
I got reassessed, too, and owe probably more than what your nice new monitor cost you. =( And I’ll have to replace my running shoes imminently, too.
