After a winter of sloth I have actually been pretty good at the exercise thing this summer. Living by the seawall (the best place in the world to go for a jog!) definitely helps.
Anyhow, I am off to Halifax this weekend to visit friends and family and I’ve signed up for a 5k while I am there. Funds raised by the run will go towards enhancing awareness of Asthma and COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and raising funds to support Camp Treasure Chest – The Lung Association’s summer camp for children with moderate to severe asthma.
