Beleive it or not you can buy unfermented soy sauce, suitable while you are cleansing. It's called Bragg's. I've done the Wildrose cleanse twice per year, for the last 4 years or so. I always feel great after it's done and know that when I start re-developing a taste for junk food I'm due.

Sarah,

I made the fried rice recipe from the wild rose cookbook (no soy sauce) and the sushi I ate on the cleanse was actually sashimi ( raw fish, no sushi rice).

I don't know how you can eat Chinese fried rice or Sushi on the Wild Rose detox.
Unless of course you managed to make it without soy sauce or rice wine vinegar.

I also found a cleanse called 7 Day Colon Cleans by Vitabase. Have not tried it yet, but a relative is trying it and should know results soon.

I have hear from some people that cleanses did not affect them and from others that they were very rough.
